How long does an outdoor sauna take to heat up?

What's the difference between an electric radiator and a wood-burning stove?

How does the Wi-Fi module work?

How long does delivery take?

Is infrared radiation dangerous?

What type of infrared radiators do you use?

Why do you use thermo ayous and not cedar wood?

This will depend on the start-up or outdoor temperature. The temperature in our saunas rises by around 1.5°C every minute. So if the outside temperature is 20°C and you want to reach 80°C, it will take 40 minutes. If the flow temperature is 0°C and you want to reach 80°C, it will take an hour. Please note that these are estimated times, not exact, as your location may also have an impact on the warm-up time.

The electric radiator controls itself with a thermostat function, just like at home. The wood-burning stove doesn’t have an on/off function and allows you to reach a higher temperature, but we recommend you start lower and gradually increase the temperature to get used to the way you “heat”.

This is hardware that can be added, allowing you to control your sauna remotely via an app (downloadable via the App Store for iOS and Android). You will receive a manual showing you how to configure your Wi-Fi module. Please note that you will need a good Wi-Fi connection near the sauna.

Delivery times for our models vary, as many of our products are made-to-measure. We will be happy to discuss delivery times with you or provide you with an estimate.

Infrared saunas work by using radiant energy to heat your body directly, rather than heating the space around you. Using an infrared sauna is no more harmful than exposure to the light and heat produced by the sun, nor does it have the additional damage caused by ultraviolet rays, and infrared light is used safely in a number of other everyday applications such as neonatal units. and in hot yoga classes.

Infrared heaters generally belong to one of three types: short-, medium- and long-wave, each operating at different temperatures. What’s more, radiators can be made of ceramic, carbon fiber or a combination of the two. In any case, infrared saunas and their radiators produce less energy due to the heating of core body temperature rather than the creation of steam to heat the room. Thermalux infrared saunas are selected with the best heating panels to guarantee optimum temperature throughout, allowing you to enjoy all the benefits that infrared saunas have to offer.

Our thermo ayous Thermowood is not only durable and lightweight, but also an excellent long-lasting option that offers optimum performance for very little maintenance. The chemical-free heating process used to modify the wood makes thermo-ayous a much safer option than many untreated woods.
